B’Lewie Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase and want you to be happy with our products. We welcome qualifying returns for store credit or exchange, refunds only on unopened/un-used retail products lwithin 6 weeks from the date of purchase.  All store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used toward products or services.

 

Any clearance items purchased are considered a

FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All make up items purchased are not eligible for return or exchange unless product is damaged or defective.

 

B’Lewie Service & Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service requested in order to continue to book future services.  If multiple cancellations or last minute reschedules we may require a 50% deposit at time of booking that will be forfeited if cancellation or reschedule is less that 24 hours prior to appointment.

 

We do not refund any salon services. If there is a problem with a color or treatment service we are more than happy to correct any problems within 1 week of the original service.
